Get in touchThe roof had several localized problem areas and cracked, aging sealant along the front and rear seams and around certain roof penetrations (vents/fans). In addition, there were owner-installed patches that required additional sealing.
Mechanically cleaned all problem areas: removed old silicone/sealant, debris, and oxidation.
Degreased and prepped the substrate for proper adhesion.
Resealed the front and rear seams and selected areas around roof penetrations.
Additionally, sealed over owner-installed patches to reinforce their waterproofing.
Applied a specialized RV silicone sealant, bridging cracks and creating a continuous waterproof barrier.
Final inspection performed.
