Airstream Excela 32 ft – Installation of Vinyl Linoleum Flooring

The customer contacted us requesting to replace the existing flooring with a new one-piece linoleum installation. The owner also reported electrical issues related to the trailer plug powering the brake lights, turn signals, and emergency brake system. The kitchen area required a new countertop and a stainless-steel sink upgrade.

We installed the linoleum onto the prepared, leveled subfloor, cutting a single continuous sheet to perfectly match the shape of the Airstream Excella 32 ft. After precise fitting, the linoleum was glued down across the entire floor.

During the process, we discovered several electrical issues:

• a short circuit in the taillight circuit;
• an incorrectly wired trailer plug;
• broken and damaged wires. We replaced the plug, repaired the wiring, and restored proper electrical function.

We also installed a new countertop, cut the opening, mounted a new stainless-steel sink, and installed a new faucet with full connection to the water and drain system.

Although the Airstream Excella is still undergoing restoration, the interior is already transforming noticeably. The new seamless linoleum floor looks clean, modern, and perfectly fitted. The electrical system for the taillights has been fully repaired and is functioning properly. The updated kitchen — with a new countertop, sink, and faucet — has significantly improved the interior appearance. The customer was very pleased with the results.
